What you can use.
What comes next.

The renter assessment and the rental team workspace serve different purposes. Here is where each stands today.

Available now

A personal renter estimate.

Renters answer questions about their finances and rental history to understand their readiness. The result is an estimate based on their answers, not a tenancy approval.

Different properties. Shared purpose.

From one home
to a rental community.

In every setting, the renter completes the assessment. The planned business tools organize permitted sharing and leasing follow-up around the property and its team.

Not an assumed outcome.

This example groups recorded application activity. A status that has not changed is a reason to review the record, not proof of why someone stopped or a prediction of a recovered lease.

These sample records have no recorded status change for at least 7 days. Check source records and prior contact before deciding whether follow-up is appropriate.

Calculated from sample status events, not generated by AI. Stalled activity does not establish why an application stopped or whether a lease can be recovered.

The connected experience · Planned

Useful context.
Clear sources.

Connected operations need authorized property data before they can help a team act. These capabilities remain planned.

Connections planned

RealPage + Yardi

Both are priorities for authorized property and application activity. Vendor access, operator authorization, and the data available to HBRS still need to be established and tested.

Operator assistant planned

VANCE for rental teams

The planned assistant will explain authorized activity with its source and date, and help staff prepare follow-up for review. It is not running in this sample.

Rental operations VANCE will not turn missing information into facts or make tenant approval, denial, or rent decisions.

Read the operations plan

A few things, clearly.

Does a renter assessment go to a landlord?

No. The current assessment gives the renter a personal estimate. Landlord invitations and renter-approved delivery are planned and are not available today.

Does HBRS approve an application?

No. A readiness estimate is educational guidance based on the information provided. It does not approve a lease or replace a rental business's screening process.

What does the preview let my team do?

You can explore fictional application statuses and adjust the property and review period. It does not connect a property, receive real applications, contact renters, or run operator AI.

Are business plans available to purchase?

Rental business pricing and access terms have not been set. The personal HBRS subscription plans do not activate rental team delivery or property-system integrations.
