Service Description

HBRS provides mortgage readiness assessments through our AI-powered platform. HBRS is a readiness assessment tool. It is NOT a loan application, pre-approval, or guarantee of mortgage approval.

Subscription Terms

The Certified tier is a $49/month subscription that continues until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Credit Checks

Certified tier credit checks are soft pulls conducted through Experian. They require your explicit written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Soft pulls do not affect your credit score.

AI Advisor (VANCE)

VANCE is an AI-powered advisor that provides general guidance on mortgage readiness. VANCE does not provide legal, tax, or specific financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for specific financial decisions.
