For landlords · Planned workflow

A readiness picture.
Shared by the renter.

The planned landlord experience starts with the person applying to rent. A property invitation would let them complete their assessment, review the result, and choose whether to share a summary with your team.

One property or several, the purpose is renter preparation and a useful next conversation. The landlord does not complete the assessment for the renter.

  1. 01 · Invite

    Start with your property.

The planned workspace would create an invitation tied to a property and a named rental business. Invitations would expire and be limited to the intended renter.

  2. 02 · Assess and preview

    The renter owns their answers.

The renter would complete their assessment and preview the exact summary, named recipient, purpose, and duration before approving delivery.

  3. 03 · Share by permission

    Only the approved summary.

The planned recipient access has a defined scope and expiration date. The renter would be able to revoke access. Private conversations and raw credit reports are outside this planned summary.

Discuss the planned experience

Start with your rental workflow.

Tell us how applicants prepare, who on your team needs a summary, and how you follow up. Invitation, permission, delivery, and revocation still need to be built and verified before real renter sharing.

A readiness estimate does not approve a tenancy or replace screening. Rental data use and any use of consumer reports require appropriate review and authorization.

The same rental foundation

Preparation. Permission. Follow-up.

Landlords, apartment operators, and build-to-rent teams share the same intended renter-led journey. Larger teams also need a view of authorized application activity across properties.
