Welcome to Home Buyer Readiness Score, LLC ("Home Buyer Readiness Score," "we," "us," or "our"). We are excited to provide tools, insights, and connections to help you better understand your mortgage readiness and prepare for homeownership.
When you use Home Buyer Readiness Score, you enter into a legal agreement. While we have written these Terms as clearly as possible, they include important legal protections. To help, we have included short Summaries under each section. These are not part of the agreement but are provided to make things easier to understand.

Any assessments, estimates, or outputs are for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee loan approval.
We are not attorneys, CPAs, tax advisors, financial planners, or investment advisors. The Services do not replace personalized professional advice.
Our Smart Mortgage Coach uses artificial intelligence. While designed to be helpful, AI may generate inaccurate or incomplete outputs. Always verify independently.
Our Services are intended for use within the United States.
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.
Borrowers provide personal and financial data voluntarily, including income, credit, and employment information.
Scores and recommendations do not guarantee mortgage approval, funding, or terms. Final decisions rest with lenders.
Borrowers should consult licensed mortgage professionals before making financial decisions.
Agents, builders, and professionals are solely responsible for handling client data in compliance with privacy and consumer protection laws.
Professionals may not misuse or sell client data, and must not misrepresent readiness scores as guarantees.
You are fully responsible for your own interactions and advice to clients.
All content, software, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Home Buyer Readiness Score or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services as intended. No copying, modification, or reverse-engineering is permitted.
If you submit data, feedback, or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide, improve, and promote the Service.
You warrant that your submissions do not infringe on third-party rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle data. By using the Services, you consent to data practices described there.
We use industry-standard security measures, but transmissions cannot be guaranteed secure.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be deleted.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
